We are looking for help moving the curling stones and new scraper blade on Saturday morning at 11:00 AM. We need to pull them from storage and put them out in the arena to cool down. 6 people would do it, but the more we get the faster and easier.

We will be participating in the Easton Christmas parade the evening of Saturday, December 1st to raise awareness of our club. We have a trailer and need to decorate it during the day on Saturday for the parade later that evening.  Also need folks to ride on the trailer and walk along beside it handing out flyers and candy.

Attention CCC Members:  The decoy auction party is tomorrow night and we still need volunteers to help and/or bring food.  
We are also looking for a toaster oven to borrow for that evening.

Food prep and serving:   We have 6 people signed up to help but need about 6 more.  If you can help try to be at the rink by 6:00 or earlier.
Appetizers:  11 have signed up to bring food (some more than one dish)  We could use more.  Food can be brought to the rink any time after 4:30.

This is just a reminder that our Fall Membership Meeting will be held this Saturday, 10/27 in the Chesapeake Room at the Talbot County Community Center.  There will be a cocktail hour starting at 2:00 PM and the meeting will begin promptly at 3:00.  We are asking everyone to bring in light hors d'oeuvres for the cocktail hour.   

Chesapeake Curlers we will be back at Potomac CC on Saturday night from 7:00 - 10:30.  My thanks again to them for their generosity.  Let Joyce know if  you are interested in curling so we can get a head count.  Thanks.
